Smugmug not uploadng jpegs

Hi,

I see other people are having a problem, as well. I'm trying to upload jpegs--I'm using the green smuggy, the uploader that connects to any folder on your harddrive and nada. Does anyone know what's up? It's uploading some pictures but not others, so I'm not sure what's going on.:dunno

Hi, sorry you are having troubles
Can you check here, be sure that your jpgs are within the limits of our file types & sizes?

I'm a standard user. So, according to this FAQ my jpegs can only be 8mb or under?

Echoing same type problem with JPEG uploads.

Smugmug drag-n-drop: after uploading it briefly says "empty document" then says that it didn't receive any photos.

SE: gets error message, RCP-JCL: wrong type () 4

I really need to know if its your problem or mine!

Pro accounts, files are within limits.
