got this cute little fellow along the shore of Stanley Lake in central Idaho. he scampered off into the bushes when he saw me coming, but paused halfway up a dead pine tree to take a nibble and scope out that big, funny-looking black thing i had pointed at him... :D

    Nice shot. Nice details. What I like most about it: How Mr. (Ms?) Squirrel picked this spot to nibble, feeling safe, clearly trying to 'be the tree'. It's a great camouflage spot from overhead predators, and you were able to capture those colors and textures in detail. Thanks for sharing!
