My first image post.
Twenty minutes standing perfectly still while the Cuckoo worked back and forth behind a screen of branches finally paid off with this brief opportunity.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Well, Claude, your first image post is simply spectacular. What a great shot. It might be worth the drive to Tilbury to get one of these. Well done.

Thanks! Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...patience I mean. But if you find joy in studying the creature you are watching, wether you get the shot or not, the reward is worth the effort.

Thanks Harv. The shot was taken at Pt. Pelee which is about 30 minutes south. I will trade you the Cuckoo for your foxes!

Thanks Ric. I wasn't willing to share my lunch...I was too far from the kitchen.
