Digital license for a year?

Hey, I just recieved an email from a place that would like to get a license to use 2 of my photos for a year. I have never done this before, anyone have any pointers? It's a hotel that wants to use them.

The best advice is to get the book thats in the thread listed above. Beyond that we really need more specific questions.

That book is a huge help, and for more than simply looking up a table of rates. If you're going to be facing these questions a lot--which is a good thing--you might also want to look into fotoQuote. Between the book and fQ demo, I was able to come up with a reasonable quote for a job the other day (and if the client bites--crossing fingers--that will fund purchasing fQ).
