I've got a 70-300IS w/ hood and box for auction. It'll come with a tiffen 58mm UV filter thats been on the lens since purchased, lens caps, and a hood. This lens has been serviced at the Jamesburg, NJ Canon facility to have the vertical distortion issue repaired that was common with these lenses, and they tightened the zoom action to prevent zoom creep. The glass on the lens is flawless, no scratches or mold. There are a few very minor small surface marks on the UV filter just from normal use and cleaning with a lens pen. The hood has some scuff marks on it from use but looks and works perfectly fine (see photo). The lens body does not have any scratches or dings in it. IS operates as new in both mode 1 and mode 2. When the lens is in transit/not in use its spent its life in a vanguard hard case. I shoot sports and needed faster glass, so I got myself a 70-200/2.8L and got my fiancee a 70-200 f/4L for weight reasons. Don't really want to part with this lens as I love IS for panning, but I can't have everything

This is a great lens...I had it before I did a similar upgrade. I loved the IS and range for the price.
