Comments please - just snapshots of my son

I am sure that there is a lot of room for improvements.

There is nothing special done to the images, just conversions from RAW to JPG. Contrast and saturation were tweaked a little bit on both images.

So I am ready for suggestions, critics, etc. Thanks.

Teh second looks desaturated compared to the first and I would crop tighter. But then again if you print it larger it would probably be fine as is. Got any more?

Wonderful shots!!! Adorable son!

First photo - crop the right off... (And IMHO, you don't need the frame - the photo stands on its own!)

In the second - crop the top. (Hey, it rhymes!)

Thanks Nick, I appreciate your comments. I did desaturate the color on the second one during the raw/jpg conversion.

Oh, and the crop - I tried to use 4:3 ratio on most of my photos. I usuallly print them 4:3 for my parents.

I will post more later.

Thanks Andi for the kind words. I was just playing around with a photoshop 'frame action' I got recently.

I think both are great, but I would love to see the bottom one in a tighter crop. I find all of the playground equip. to be distracting.
