Migrate from Phanfare to SmugMug ?

Seem to have made a mistake , and went from Yahoo Photos to Phanfare. They did make the transfer easy. But to many silly issues : can only organize by date, no captions under thumbs, their thumbs must be square - and still they can't tell you how to set pics so much of the photo is cropped out. Whew.
Any suggestions on how to get my collection transfered over to SmugMug ?

    Can you get from Yahoo! to Flickr, then use the SmuggLr app?

    ANDY, Migrating to SmugMug
    I'm on Phanfare. WAS on Yahoo. Phanfare migrated me over to their site, but I don't think they'd migrate me out to yours. Doesn't seem that SmggLr can get me off Phanfare ?

    OKAY I'm In FlicKr Now What
    Okay, finally got all my photos from Yahoo over to FlicKr. Now what ?
    SmuggLr?
    I guess I join SmugMug first ?
    Got about 3,000 Photos.
    Wonder how long SmuggLr takes to get me over to SmugMug ?
