emails for digital downloads?

Are notification emails sent out to pro account holders when someone purchases digital downloads?

I thought they were-- but for some reason I didn't get an email for order # 330173 so now I'm not sure. Also want to make sure it's not being filtered out accidentally.

Yes you should get it.
Please send a note to our help desk, with order #, and details about your email provider, and also confirmation that you checked your spam folder for it, too

I'm sending a note to the help desk right now. Just double-checked and it didn't end up in a spam filter, so no notification was sent.

no email notification of order again
Print order # 330763

Oddly, I did recieve an email notification of a digital download order placed after this print order. And yeah, I reported the non-notification in this thread to the help desk:

No email notification for digital download 6-28, order #330173
No email notification for print sale 6-29, order #330763
Did recieve email notification for digital download 6-30, order #331081

So maybe it's been resolved?

Anyway, just trying to provide info that might help. It's not a huge deal to check the sales area on my control panel-- I usually am in the control panel just about everyday anyway. Thanks for checking on it though.
