Some sunday pics.

I hope you like them.

Picture # 1 - Playing with my 180mm on my faulty D70. I starting to like this lend very much.

Picture # 2 - I don't know what it is about this picture but I like it very much.

Picture # 3 - I noticed that Cormorants love the sun even if they dry.
168485266-L.jpg

Picture # 4 - Not one of my captures of this Caracara came out 100%, but still keepers for me. This one is strongly cropped.

Picture # 5
- May it be clear that he keep an eye on me.

Picture # 6

Picture # 7 - His head is very blurry but I will tell myself that it gives a nice "motion-feel" to the capture.

I actually think the lizard is the best shot. I love the coloration. With that said though, I love a good caracara shot and you have not disappointed! What type of comorant are those? ne_nau.gif

    Thanks Stephen.

According to my documentation it is the "Olivaceous Cormorant"

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

This has a great feel about it. I like the expression , crop and space, and positioning of the bird in relation to the frame.

    Its a keeper!

PS: That lizard shot is pretty sweet. Those things are tough to get good focus on with their small size and limited depth of field.
It is the purpose of life that each of us strives to become actually what he is potentially. We should be obsessed with stretching towards that goal through the world we inhabit.
