This morning I returned to the spot where I had just the other day got my best Green Heron shot. I was thinking...no way is the heron going to be there in that same spot today...well...he wasn't, but junior was!!! :clap

This Robin was kind enough to pose too.

You got some great poses again! Congrats! thumb.gif One thing though, did you do something different in post processing with these? Viewing these, they both look a tad oversaturated (the blacks). Just an observation, still nice captures.

Very nice Ric! That is the way it works...you can't get a decent shot of a bird and then, after the first one, they seem to be easy. Go figure. headscratch.gif

More blue this time in the heron shot.

Not unusual Ric, birds are creatures of habit and will often will return to the same spot at about the same time every day. Earlier this year we had an eagle at thewetlands who roosted in the same tree every morning.

    Good shots.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Nice ones again, Ric. I, too, found a Green Heron in the same spot 2 days later. I think they may have their favorite spots. Cool huh.wings.gif
