    Thanks Skippy :)
#1 is a fuchsia, I did drop the colour temp a bit during RAW processing but that was to get back the colour I saw when taking the shots. They always come out too purple/red otherwise.
Yes they are all focus stacks - I think a minimum of 6 shots each.

I always love your bugs... and your water drops... but the first shot here is bowdown.gif for me. So! Unbelieveably! Beautiful!

Amazing shots. The amount of detail you pull out of your focus stacked shots is just unbelievable.

The first shot is my favorite, great texture.

Brian, I just gotta say that these are absolutely superb.

The focus stacking has been used to great purpose here - lovely colors, crisp detail with great DOF.

    Absolutely first rate!!

You DO have a book planned for these, don't you?

    If not, you should!!

I can't believe my eyes when looking at your pics.

"Focus stacks" huh? Is there a work-flow online that can support me in this?

    What can I say? Wow!

    Thanks for sharing,

    Dick.

EDIT: Looking at you galleries, I figured that "CombineZM" is the answer.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone- much appreciated.

Funnily enough these are the only way I can do flower shots that I like. I'm pretty useless normally at doing whole flowers that look good :)

Dick- I did a tutorial on focus stacking here

Wow! These are awesome!! I am discovering the same thing--the more I do macro, the more detailed I want to be. And, the harder it is to take pictures of a full/complete anything.
