Deleted popular photo leaves blank image and thumb

I deleted, then replaced in its gallery, a photo which was also among my popular photos. Now I have a blank image and thumb in the popular photos gallery as shown here.

I have promoted the replacement into the popular photos gallery here by rating it accordingly, but I need to remove all traces of the original from the popular photos gallery. Any help appreciated.

Hi guys,

I'm having the same issue.

Is there a way for me to remove specific photos from the list of "popular photos" if I choose to do so? (maybe some kind of reset on a photo's popularity votes or something to that effect)

Replacing the photo will set its' photorank to zero, that's the way to do it.

Can I know how you did this, please? I have the same problem. The entire gallery in which the picture resided is gone so there is nothing to replace.

New option on the photo tools menu?

Couldn't this be a nice new option on the <photo tools> menu to make this easy? 'Reset photorank' or something. I know I'd like it!

The way to do it now, is to replace the image, or rotate the image left/right.

Thanks Andy. The rotating trick does the job. It's a bit of a workaround, so I would still like a separate photo tools menu option though.

Thanks, but this will continue to happen as galleries rotate out after time.
And since the gallery is gone, there is no option to replace.
I guess I will just have to go without Most Popular.
