How and where do you insert

I am trying to sign up for google analytics and they are saying I need to insert the above on each page
Ho do I do that?

When you say it is not working, what do you mean?

It takes several days for Google Analytics to gather info to show initially. I can't remember how many, but I remember that it took longer than I expected (like 3 to 4 days).
