Getting photo properties with a Mac

Hi Folks

I need to find out how to get a photo's "properties" so I can get the url to post on a digital grin forum. I know I used to right click with my mouse on my PC, but now I have a Macbook Pro and don't know how to get that info. I'm still a newbie in the world of Mac. :)

PS. why can't I get smilies to work on the Mac? It only gives the text data for them, not the actural smiley figure.

Thanks for any help or suggestions,

Marcy

Ctrl-click is right click on a MBP.

You can also use an modern mouse, with multi-buttons, etc.

I use logitech scroll wheel mouse :)

Thanks, Andy - I love my MBP but it does take some getting used to! Laughing.gif! Thanks for the info on a mouse - I have a "mighty mouse" that came with the computer, but the thumb click is kind of awkward for me.

    Thanks again for the help,

You can also set up your MBP to have a 2-finger right click, in your system prefs. Turn that on, and with two fingers on the track pad (or tapping with two fingers) you get a right click, no ctl key required.

Wow, thanks for the info - appreciate the help. I like a mouse so may get one easier to use than the apple thumb click one I have now But it's good to know about the 2 finger click - thanks for that info!

Sure! I recommend at least getting comfortable with the trackpad. You never know when you'll need it! :D
