mounted canvas size doesn't show up

I have an order for a mounted canvas 24x36 but I can't get the size to show up under a specific photo the customer is considering. it shows up as a choice under other photos but not this one. why? here is the photo that they are considering for this size:

This is a long shot - but is the resolution of that photo less than the photos that are available as mounted canvas? The minimum resolution for prints is on this page - http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-quality - but I didn't see the minimums for the canvas prints there.

The image is 1200x1800.

The min resolution for 24x36 is 1280 x 1620. But much more will be much better, those are only minimums
