Pics uploaded but not there anymore?

I uploaded a whole ton of pics earlier to my fireworks folder, even was able to post one to lj and the forums while the rest were uploading... came home from work, now I go into the folder and it says
"This is a brand new gallery with no photos."

In the category page you can still see rotating thumbnails...

I know when it left that star explorer was having issues with uploading duplicates and such, and I took care of deleting some duplicates, though not every file was duplicated, so even if it chose to automatically fix my duplicates, there should still have been some other photos left behind... and star explorer did not upload all my photos as there are a few left sitting there in the queue for me to retry now... but still the 80 something that were there when I left for work at the least should be there and they're not. Help?

One more thing, when you go to that gallery, the width of the display area is all messed up and doesn't match my header / footer. It's bizarre.

Also the pic i uploaded to this gallery and then posted up in the fireworks threat in other cool shots, it still shows up so the pics in that gallery obviously can't have just disappeared.

I see 100 fireworks photos in that gallery using Firefox.

I'm also using firefox and it's still being bizarre and not showing up when I click on it... huh?

I had to completely clear out everything, cache, cookies, etc, and then it started showing pics again. Why would it all of a sudden do that though? I've not encountered that before...

Try clearing the cache and Smugmug cookies. Sometimes that solves it.
