Fire flowers

Playing with my 50mm f/1.8 I tried to get neither of them in focus.

My wife did not like it? :cry what do you think?

    That is a dangerous question to ask! Because if anyone says they like it, then you go back to your wife and tell her so. And then she asks if you value our opinion over hers, and if so then why did you even ask her if you didn't care what she thought?

    Did she say what exactly she didn't like about this??
    I like the colors, however, i wish front flower was in focus, or was it intentional?

    It was intentional. I focused on the trim/border of the 2nd flower... I just wanted the colors to show :) Thanks for the comments... I won't tell my wife ;)
