It's different .... I see what Brian means about not being able to see the centre of the flower, looks like your going to insert something like a face in it maybe?

I think it's more interesting this way. The orginal had the stem in the center, which made for a less pleasing composition.

Brian, thanks for the comments. You are not missing the center as it's not there. A bit of curve, some dash of hue/saturation, and a just a smidgen of color balance and selective color tossed in for taste and the stem and center disappeared. I liked it.
