I don't think I've ever seen a bug wearing a floral dress before.

Isn't that a butterfly that just got out of it's cocoon and still has to unfold it's wings? I dunno, I don't know much about bugs.

That's a good guess, but I don't think so. It flew quite well from branch to branch. A butterfly would keep its wings out, and this bug tucked them back in upon landing. Thanks for the try, though.

Lovely capture David- see it's already been Id'd - think I would have only got as far as a moth. Wonder what it wears for the evening ?
