Did a few wide open macros with my Sigma 150.

Hardly produced anything documentary, :rofl .

Do they do anything for you at a more visceral level?

All hand held in natural light, manual focus at 1:1 magnification.

Wide open was about the only way to go without flash on my rainiest holiday since I dont know when.

Oh well :D .

Well it produces nice backgrounds, but I find so much out of focus does not hold my interest as there is no detail to connect with ne_nau.gif
My opinion only .... Skippy :D

I think you have a good eye for composition -and getting a lot of depth in a photo is highly over rated... :cool
