Ordering Error

I had a customer call to tell me that she can't place an order. After entering all her info, an error comes back referining to an incorrect billing state (in this case MA). When I tried to duplicate the error the first time, I couldn't. However, my address was already cached so I tried a 2nd time and manually entered the address. This time it failed. One difference I saw was that when my address was cached the state showed as "MA". When re-entered it showed "MA()"

sorry your post got overlooked. Could you point your customer to our helpdesk (http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal) to mail in the complete billing address and shipping address she used? As a possible temporary workaround you could suggest to her, to leave the state on 'non-US' and enter MA manually in the field below ('other province').
