Won't allow me to post a new gallery.

I'm trying to add a new gallery, but am not being allowed the option. I am logged in, I can check my control panel, ect, but it won't give me the option to add a new gallery. Anyone? This is where I need to add the new gallery http://michellegallery.smugmug.com/Rudland%20Equine%20Photography/324973

Are you able to see the "add photos" button in the upper left corner of the categories box? Here is what it should look like: http://www.smugmug.com/help/online-photo-gallery
I created a new private gallery for you, change the title and settings as needed. Let us know what you are (not) seeing....

It is not giving me the drop down box to create the new gallery, but the new gallery you created is there, but it is not letting me edit the title or add a description to that gallery. If I go to customize in the gallery, it will allow me to add images, but nothing else.

I believe it's IE, not sure what version. It worked just fine up until 2 days ago. Why would it suddenly stop working? Now, it won't let me arrange the galleries either, but if I can get into the customize the gallery, it did finally (this time) let me changed the title and add a description. It won't let me change the theme.

Do you have any addons, new firewall, new blocking software? Are you certain javascript is enabled? Run this test, and see, okay?

The test says everything passed. Should I try the Fire Fox download? What I don't understand is why IE has worked so well up until this point and then it isn't working.

There's something set locally for you that's blocking the function, in IE.

Editted to say that YES! It did work and it's so much faster now! I had to restart my 'puter.
