Does anybody know what the Canon 400D maximum CF read and write speeds are? The Galbraith site doesn't seem to have the 400D tested yet. I'd like to buy the CF card that takes advantage of maximum possible camera performance, but no more.

Thanks!

I've used all sorts of CF from cheap stuff to extreme super crazy elite CF. Honestly, I dont notice any difference between ANY of them. I do also have a Seagate microdrive that everyone complains about being slow. I shoot sports and for the most part I have no issues with that either. The XTI has a relatively large buffer... you should be able to queue up 9 RAW images on the camera buffer and i'll download to the card as fast as it can. Really, thats only going to matter if you shoot more than like 20-25 shots in a burst. I can't really think of a instance when you would want to do that. After like 3 shots you would have no clue what you are taking a photo of.
