Problem uploading image

I hope I'm doing something obviously wrong here. I have an image I want to upload to my smugmug account accept the java uploader applet says it is not a valid JPEG.

The only difference between this image and an identical image that I have uploaded is that I've de-noised the image using Neat Image. Here is a link to to the image I was able to upload:

Your file size is 8.33 meg. too big for standard or power accounts.
