Teddy Bear looking for a home

My sister just bought a teddy bear stuffing business to run up here at the fairs and things and the signage that came with the business is just... shall we say....horrible. So, she called me up on the bat phone and asked me to redo them. I didn't have much time or energy to put into it, so I just threw a white sheet over the handrail on the deck and started clicking away at my youngest. It seemed to have worked cause I like what turned out. I printed them today at a local print shop and they turned out really nice.

Do you think the lighting is a total turn off? I made sure she was in the shade but had my reflector out to shine up at her face. My sister loved them. But then again... she IS my sister and not exactly a photographer.

Makes me want to buy an expensive bear, but then again I am the model's mom.

Imagine if you had the time and energy...
Lighting is fine. Stray hairs are popping out on the right side of HER face on this monitor.

Why the color shift between the 2? Same image it looks like. Just curious as I like the color in the first (non poster) better.

I like it better in the real picture too. Not sure why it is different, but I can definately see it. I did no editing between the two. It just must have done that when I did the save for web or something. ne_nau.gif But the poster looks fabulous in real life.

    Aloha,
I think that the lighting is good but a little work is needed on those (dare I say) bags under the eyes. If you want to PM me I will give you the link to a fantastic program that will make ALL of your fashion images 1000% improved in 3 minutes flat!

I prefer to pretend that they are where her cubby cheeks bunch up under her eyes"...:D But I am interested in said program. Thanks for your comments, you two.

This one isn't as oooh- aaaah cute. But I do love her expression. It is very much her personality. iloveyou.gif

Hmm, that happens to me when I upload photos sometimes - I really hate that.

That kid is model material! Wonderful picture!

I love it...very nice! In one shot the Teddy Bear has a GREEN ribbon, and the other picture the Teddy Bear has a Blue ribbon...if this matters at all I like the Blue that matches the little girls outfit.

    Very nicely done.thumb.gif
