    Nice composition on all of them, and i like water as well. They look somewhat purple ne_nau.gif Was it done on purpose?

    The water reads really purple with strong (+) positives in the a channel, and strong (-)negatives in the b channel. +20 a, -37 b in the first image.

    Thanks for comments. Yes, the purple of the water is intentional. Basically the scene had little color information...so I was trying to see which color combo gets max impact. I arrived upon this. Tried B&W version also, but thought the blue and brown produces more drama than B&W for the first image.

    ...plus I remember seeing some waterfall pics in calendars with the nice bluish haze on dark rocks. I think the look is inspired by that also.
