A very fuzzy bee

Another post to drive Skippy insane while she waits for her MPE-65mm... :D

Last year I made the mistake of shooting in an area that had nothing but dragonflies in it. I learned how to shoot them, but filling a gallery with a single subject can get kinda dull. Two of my macro resolutions for this year are to shoot a variety of critters, and to shoot more above life size.

So I went to an area of the lake that's protected from the wind and just stood still to see what would come to me. In the 32C degree heat this guy stopped to pose.

    Great details and good colors, you have a good eye for details.
