Like Don said: you get what you pay for. It's a shame anothe site is dying--competition is good, but I cannot say I'm surprised. We have all gotten so cheap and want both free and premium service at once--then are disappointed/mad when we don't get it. I have learned that you are better off to go for a paid service or product--the supplier is much more motivated to maintain and improve it--so you end up with something that actually works.
