Any ideas on how to remedy this?
As in get my thumbnail preview back in Vista?
It's pretty tough to pick a wallpaper if all the images are showing up as "Ps"

Are they actually psd files? I'm not sure you can load a psd as wallpaper, not withstanding Vista allowing a 'preview' or thumbnail. You may ahve to make it a jpeg.

The pictures are under the default Sample Picutres folder. So they are all jpegs that have not been opened with any applications.

As another note: All Vista applications show image files w/ the same Ps logo. This was just an easy screen grab.

    I figured it out.
    • open a folder
    • select the organize button
    • select "folder and options"
    • select the view tab then make sure "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is UNCHECKED.
    • select OK.
    Thanks for your help though!
