Photobook - Help!......

I decided I print a photo book as a gift. I've tried about 5 different sites and all of them are hopelessly flawed. I started with Walmart. Their site doesn't have the bandwidth to provide previews of the images I've uploaded and it doesn't indicate a filename, so I have no way of actually placing a photo on a page. Mpix only offers a solid black cover without any text or photos. At least it doesn't seem possible to add it with their software I downloaded. I looked at several more including blurb through flickr. Their software seems incapable of dealing with jpg images as they appear as a blurry blueish blob in the book.

Can anyone suggest a photobook site that actually works? I'm almost ready to go out and buy a photo album and glue photos in the old fashioned way.

    For me, it is a no-brainer. http://www.blurb.com/

I have ordered a LOT of books through a lot of places to test possible partnerships and opportunities with SmugMug.

But I order my personal books through Blurb. :)
