Out this morning before going to the wrestling tournament at the high school(hopefully post some from the tournament also) trying to get to know the new 20d.
I am used to the 717 and 828 being able to use the LCD tilted up
With it being so cold and using the viewfinder on the 20d I found my breath freezes on the top part of my tripod.:scratch
Here's some from my favorite subject Cincinnati Ohio.
These shots are not too bad for a start? :dunno
Still learning but like any new toy thats the fun part.
Seen some vertical banding in some of my night shots (in the sky)not sure what's going there?
All shot with 20d 24-70 f/2.8L with tripod using timer (need the remote switch just one of many things I already want to buy):rolleyes
Taylor-Southgate Bridge Cincy in the backgroung shot from Newport on the Levee
Purple People Bridge
Same bridge and Mt.Adams in the background
Can't wait to see how this camera and lens does inside the gym
Thanks
Fred

I like your compositions and use of light. I am going to have to take a Cincinnati Shootout trip as soon as it gets a little warmer. If I am going to spend the day, I don't want to freeze my hands. Of course it only takes 50 minutes for me to get there from Dayton, but then there is the parking & etc. and that probably uses another 50 minutes.

Mel is right we need to have a shootout as soon as we get some warm weather.
Very nice use of light and color.
Speak with sweet words, for you never know when you may have to eat them....
It was cold just about froze to death:D
Thanks for the nice comments
