Sprint mobile phone photos.

I do a lot of direct uploading from mobile phones to my galleries. I do some pre-processing before sending them thru the Smugmug gateway. The Verizon photo email format is just a very simple email with an attachment. I mod the email and send it on to smugmug.
However Sprints photos are more complex. They have a lot of html and the photo (I believe) isn't really even part of the email. The email contains a link to a site with the photos. I need to extract the photo from the website from (example):
http://pictures.sprintpcs.com/getMMBOXMessageMedia?id=Xw1004H8sLv6S3x76lVPYmsnJP2O20g3QtSDfap6T3pfSqgxmdVV4gmk5gW%2FZUWGmojEaNnHPwvc%0AKwcjgrBjD2m%2BOFMhXxzbXLCAoY2pTf8Bz7HPVhfw5AebITvfl1HKaE%2FneoP%2BjDmbsKmQbUe5kg%3D%3D%0A&
Ok, I'm off digging around looking for info. I anyone has any pointers or code I'd welcome it. I'll be doing some testing on the smugmug gageway but for the moment I'll assume it doesn't support this.
