Any birth photogs out there?

I had the honor of attending a birth this weekend as the doula and, in the end, as the photographer. Check out the birth here. (not a graphic birth--no blood!)

I was really happy we had so much natural light but how do you handle low-light, quick-paced situations without a flash?! I played with my ISO and Aperture and am generally pleased with the images, but I took many that were not in focus.

Any tips/tricks/feedback would be great!

These are great shots, Jesse. I especially like the emotion on the face of the mother in #13. I also loved the close up of the baby in #23. Brought tears to my eyes in remembering my babies' births - sure wish I had photos of them like these. Your friend is most fortunate you and your camera were there to capture this special moment!
