Can I change my tax form?

At this point I am not sure if I'm going into "real" business or not. I'm so new at this, but people keep asking me to do their photos. At this point, I don't think what I will make is going to be worth the trouble of setting up a business for tax purposes, etc., so I think I'm going to fill out the tax form needed to claim income from SmugMug in my own name. However, let's say 6 months from now things are going really well (okay 4 months so it will still be 2007) and I DO decide to start a business. Can I change this form? I hope that made sense.

Just get a new w9 and send it in, per the instructions here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/reporting
