You are very pretty! I prefer #1, but I'd crop it a bit more. My attention is drawn to the part of your hair.

Well my opinon is that you should have no reason to not post pics of yourself as your alias fits 1000%+ (now this is coming from a reprobatabil letch:D ) ........ofcourse the downside of this could be all the proposals you might recieve thru PM and email:D..........

I agree with Art Scott - you are not just medium cute but are, instead very attracive! And, talking about proposals - I was going to suggest you hook up with my son (25yo), but went to your web-site first and found that you have kids and, most likely, a wonderful husband (if your smile is anything to go by, you are enjoying life!). So, another attempt to play match-maker just shot all to ...

And, about your SPs. These are great. I have tried and failed a number of times whereas you've done very well!

    Hi Stephenie,

Great self portraits! I know that they can be quite tricky. Personally, I prefer #2. The smile and great eye contact sold me in #2... It looks very natural.

    Thanks for sharing...

Stephanie, love both the shots, you are GORGEOUS! wonderful job doing these yourself, I can't seem to produce decent headshots of myself, myself. :D

I prefer the composition and angle of the second one. I think a contrast boost and/or setting the white and black point could help to give this one a bit more pop.

The DOF seems to be tricking my eyes though! Your left eye is definitely in focus, and your right eye is slightly out. BUT, your left eyebrow is blurred, yet your right one is sharp? headscratch.gif I keep blinking... still there Laughing.gif

Oh No! I've lost so much of it (as if I ever had it, whatever "it" is) that I've been downgraded to "harmless"!

I agree with Lynne...you are GORGEOUS! And these shots are very nice! I agree with Jan on #1...I'd crop it a bit tighter (IMO). I love the comp on #2, but I think I wish for a bit more DOF, for the reasons Lynne stated. Very nicely done, and you should be proud to post a shot of yourself on your site!! clap.gif

I like #2 as well. The canoe boats under the iris of your eyes does it for me. Heck I'd be happy to post your picture on my website. My picture of me is awful! I had been working nights for a few weeks, got up and dressed one morning and got my wife to shoot me. At least I think it is an awful representation of me. There is of course the chance that I actually look that old!!!

    Good job!
