Cousin's Wedding
My cousin Bernie got married last weekend and my Aunt asked me to bring my camera and take some pictures, so I did. They had an official photographer and I was sure to stay out of his way, but here are some pictures. I picked up my new fantastic plastic - Nikon 50mm 1.8 on the way to the wedding. (Lis called me the night before the wedding to ask me to take pictures.)
The ceremony pictures are from my spot in the second row, groom's side.
Priest stood RIGHT in front of me and moved aside a couple times so I snapped some quick shots, but it wasn't quite possible to avoid him or my grandmother's hair...:huh

Kinda hard to see, but they've both got beers w/cozies on them, tux for the groom and wedding dress for the bride.

There was a WHOLE lot of laughin going on.

To explain the cake, both Bernie and Jenn are educators. Bernie is now an adminstrator, but the cake has the apples for the teacher and a black board that says, "Bernie "hearts symbol" Jenn" and "Will You Marry Me?" "yes" "no". The bride and groom are cute too. Bernie played soccer for Salisbury State University, hence the soccer ball and Jenn was a cheerleader at the University of Maryland, hence the red shoe laces and pomp-pons.

The groom dances with his mom.

One of the groomsmen sings "Sweet Caroline" and had the whole group singing along. He was quite good.
