Practically brand new, comes with original box, manuals, USB cable, original 16mb sd + 2 GB sd cards, software, etc, - everything that it came with.
Also comes with Canon OEM Lens Adapter LAH-DC20 = LA-DC58E + LH-DC40 (lens hood).
It's been well taken care of - no scratches, pet and smoke free home. I have 75+ positive feedback on ebay (username kramzilla). Asking $245 shipped.
