Question about "Guest" login

I gave someone who works with me a guest login. She is able to login and upload the proof photos to our gallery. We have set up a 7 day delayed printing that we are using to replace the Proof photos with the final ones. The guest is not able to access the replace photo option. Is that correct or are we doing something wrong. She is able to login as a guest but can't replace the photos (upload the replacement photos) in the order. Is there are suggested workaround? Thank you for your help.

    Some features are owner-only, sorry about that.

    There's not a way around it. I wish I had a better answer for you.
