Seeing that you are in Indy, you might be interested to know that it was taken at Riverside Amusement Park - I don't know if its still there or not.
There's other photos of Indy, Anderson, Lapel and Alexandria under Galleries>Vintage on my Blue-Dog site. Here's a fairly pedistrian but recognizable one from 1940.
