Ok this time i know what i did but i forgot what i did for these glowing colors (last step) anyone know how this happens i liked it may be it can help me save my totally ruin photos like this one
This also helps if camera cannot pump enough resolution for large prints. And good pass time :wink finally i have decided to print and hang few photos other those i printed got good response from household sector

Not sure if anyone metioned this but you can save your History Log of a photo you edit.
Click Edit>Preferences>General then click History Log box then choose metadata,text file or both.
I don't have it turned on but it may be of use to me someday.
Maybe someone that uses it might chime in with more info?

This picture is so unusual and compelling at the same time that I keep coming back here to look at it. I like the colors and layered forms.
So, how do you do this?
Thanks Miguel it is very simple
Copy layer>blend mode overlay>invert>high pass(in filters) it will blur image copy this layer again and again and you will see outlines
After that i did something that give this photo these colors (that step i forgot)
it created a lot noise so noise reduction in end and little Twirl from destortion filter
