Account for schools?

As the yearbook advisor for my high school, I will sometimes put school photos on my gallery. I'd like to create an account for the school so I can upload to a seperate location. I have a couple questions about it though:
1. Is there a way to set up an account without using a credit card? We don't have credit cards for the school and I don't want to put it on my personal credit card. I think it would also be a problem if I, or whoever put it on their credit card, left the school.
2. Is there special paperwork for non-profit, non tax-paying organizations? I will sell prints for a profit to fund the yearbook, but I don't want it going through my personal accounts.

Are there any other schools doing this out there? I know I can do a free site, but I want to make a little money off it if I can. :thumb
