A mating dance..
I shot these 2 love birds...black birds or crows; not sure.. I watched them for about 10 minutes as they performed a sort of ceremonial mating dance. She would get all puffed up and sing, He just looked toward the sky as if pleading.. for her to stop singing maybe? Then the roles would switch. He would puff up and sing and she looked toward the sky..They let me get quite close to them and didn't even notice me or my camera...
It was a bright overcast morning..Shot with 717. Converted to BW because other than the wood there was no color..

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
