7 straight NC 4AA state championships, haven't lost a game since 2000 but they still practice

a few snaps at practice this AM...i only stayed 30 mins...tommorrow i will stay for 2 hrs








Tom Knotts, head coach, has won NC state championships at 3 diff NC high schools and doesn't know how to lose....the kids playing for him this season were 9 years old when THE STREAK began

The resources and stadiums these HS teams have down there is simply mind boggling!!!

Love the Eyes on the second shot. intense. Do you shoot with a mono pod?? your shots are always clear and TACK sharp.

I use a monopod only when I use the 300/2.8
I handhold the 70-200 & 300/4
I will occasionaly use a 70-300vr but it is when i get lazy since it is very light.

With enough shutter speed any camera shake you may experience from handholding is easily compensated for.
Also since I shoot from the sidelines during games a monopod is a hazard to me and the players.
