Dad brings home the fish

Been watching an Osprey couple on a cell tower near work. Today got some shots of the single chick in the nest and Dad bringing home the bacon..oops make that fish. I'll post the chick in another post

    Hi Ray

    Cool shot, but you seem to be having some focus issues. Do you have your camera set to Dynamic Auto Focus Tracking and Continuous Servo Mode. If you don't it would be impossible to track a bird in flight and keep them in sharp.

    I'll have to check the setting. Actually I was set up for a static shot and he came out of nowhere. He was very far away and I had to crop the shot drastically to get what I got. I will revisit the focus issue. Thanks for the heads up

    Looks like that fish is half eaten lol, dad must have been hungry on the way home. Good capture, and i agree with the above regarding focusing. :D
