Help!! Shipping Address?

I just got an email from a portrait client (well, it was actually a baby gift, but same idea) and she's trying to order prints but having some troubles. Here is what she said:

"I am trying to place a large order with SmugMug but it keeps telling me that there is a problem with my shipping address. I have checked it several times. Any suggestions?"

I'm not sure what the problem could be... any help??

Hi, ask them to try again right now please?
Should be fine.

If they ever get that again, best is to just email our help desk for fastest service
