Best file format to upload for ordering prints?

What is the best file format and post-processsing tips in Photoshop for uploading images that will produce the best quality prints (ordering thru Smugmug)?

Hi,

sRGB, JPG. Using Photoshop, save as JPG10, or if using Proof Delay as a Pro, use more compression.
