Okay, here is my first attempt at cage shooting. Never shot through a cage. Makes you appreciate ropes on a boxing ring. The younguns can't wait to throw each other on the mat so that they can sit on each other and pound their fists into each other so there are barely any kick/punch combos. Kicks were far and few. It was all grappling. Some matches lasted 55 seconds. This was Total Combat 22 and it was held at a venue that usually holds concerts. The one kid here was so pale, it was frustrating doing the pp. AWB failed me this time. It worked perfectly at the casino boxing card I shot. The lighting is definately better at casinos. I could have done better had I not been distracted helping a guy who bought a camera 2 days ago but never took a picture! I felt obligated to help because so many people have helped me, but at least I know how to use my camera.

Light brown trunks was the heavy favorite to win, but lost.

The ringside Dr. is actually my Dr at Kaiser! Too funny to see him there as attending Dr.

Some good captures.
Point taken, I'll work to incorporate some "bonding" type moments when I attend future matches.
