    I love this shot because it just reflects the peace and focus of the woman to her book. I like the drama of the b/w conversion, but in the original color photo her face is a little more visible. If anything the bright spot on the back of her neck is a bit too bright for me, drawing my eye there when there is so much else to look at.

    I really like the overall candid feel of this image.
    I am rather partial to the Black & white; I feel that the B&W image would make a fantastic head shot, I know that it would be getting away from your theme of 'lady with book' but a close cropped head shot would make for a fantastic image.
    For what it's Worth these are Just my thoughts and feeling's.
