The Other Antelope Shots- *Lots of Pics*
As most of you have seen I took Joel (Kdog) on a little photo Safari in Central Arizona his thread http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=68035. I have never really focused on shooting wildlife before so as far as photography went this was a new experience for me.
Joel had a 400 prime plus a 1.4 converter so he was pushing 1000mm (35 that is) so he had a severe advantage and left me with lens envy. However I had a few tricks up my sleeve. :wink
All shots taken with Olympus E-500 with 50-200 F2.8 and on a tripod. Serious crpping took place as you will see.
This was how far out the Antelope were for my 200!
Let the cropping begin!
Several standing guard.
Joel- I told you one was doing this!
This guy flew overhead- WAY over head!

Very good job on nailing that hawk. I only got one "crappy" shot of him.
Onward to the big horns!
