Google analytics took over my site!

Now every time I sign into my site it looks like EVERYTHING is highlighted and at the top there is a google analitics bar. Also I can not click o anything. Please help!

    You have two google-analytics scripts in your footer.headscratch.gif
    Is there a reason for that?

    I put in the 2nd one because it stopped working... I think google redid the site or something for analatics. When I put in the 2nd one I forgot to take out the first.
